1. Subscription Plans

Prabhubhakti.io offers flexible pricing plans to accommodate the needs of individual creators and organizations:

  • Basic profile setup
  • Limited access to features
  • Listing in the spiritual creator directory
• Professional Plan
  • Annual fees starts @ 25000 INR
  • Full access to platform tools
  • Priority customer support
  • Payment integrations
  • Analytics dashboard
  • Custom pricing based on needs
  • Multi-user access
  • Custom domain and branding
  • Dedicated account manager
  • API access (if available)

All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes.

2. Billing & Payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance.
• Payments can be made using credit/debit cards, UPI, or supported payment gateways.
• Invoices are generated automatically and emailed to your registered address.

3. Transaction Fees

• For every transaction made through the platform (e.g., paid consultations or spiritual services):
  • A platform commission fee will be deducted which will depend upon.
  • Payment gateway charges may also apply, depending on the payment method used.
• Creators will receive payouts after deduction of applicable fees, on a [weekly/monthly] basis.

4. Upgrades & Downgrades

• You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time from your dashboard.
• Upgrades take effect immediately, with pro-rated billing.
• Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Refund Policy

• Subscription fees are non-refundable, except in cases of proven technical failure or billing error.
• Users may cancel their subscription anytime; access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
• Transaction disputes between creators and customers are handled according to our Service Terms and Support Policy.

6. Promotions & Discounts

• We may occasionally offer promotional pricing or discounts. Such offers:
  • Are valid only for new users or as specified.
  • Cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.
  • Are subject to change or termination without notice.

7. Changes to Pricing

Prabhubhakti.io reserves the right to modify pricing, fees, or plan features at any time. In such cases:

• Users will be notified at least 15 days in advance.
• Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance.
