As we work with multiple independent spiritual practitioners and temples, our refund and cancellation policies are designed to balance fairness and transparency for both users and service providers.

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of spiritual consultations, rituals, and digital content, most services on Prabhubhakti.io are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

However, we do offer limited refund and cancellation options under specific conditions, outlined below.

2. Consultation Bookings (Astrology / Puja / 1:1 Sessions)

• Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Requests made within this window will be eligible for rescheduling only.
• No-Shows or Late Cancellations: If you miss your session or cancel within 24 hours, no refund or rescheduling will be provided.
• Service Provider Unavailability: If the spiritual expert or astrologer cancels the session or is unavailable at the scheduled time, you will be offered a full refund or an option to reschedule.

3. Online Courses and Webinars

• Live Courses / Webinars: Once registration is confirmed, refunds are not available unless the session is canceled by the organizer. You may request a transfer to a future session, subject to approval.
• Pre-recorded Courses: Digital courses are non-refundable once purchased. Access to content is considered consumption of service.

4. Digital Products and Downloads

All digital products (PDF reports, e-books, astrology charts, etc.) are non-refundable once delivered. If you face technical issues, please contact our support team for assistance.

5. Temple Bookings / Rituals / Donations

• Temple Services or Rituals: These are custom spiritual services often scheduled with a specific date and priest. Refunds are not applicable once the ritual has been initiated or completed.
• Donations: Donations made through the platform are non-refundable under any circumstances.
