4. Payments, Fees & Refunds

• Practitioners may set fees for consultations, courses, and events.
• Refunds are handled by the content provider (practitioner/temple) at their discretion.
• We reserve the right to withhold platform fees or block refunds in case of fraud or misuse.

5. Booking, Rescheduling & Cancellations

• Bookings for live consultations or events must be confirmed in advance.
• Rescheduling or cancellations are subject to the individual policies of the practitioner.
• Prabhubhakti.io is not liable for refunds or rescheduling beyond facilitating communications between parties.

6. Content Ownership and Intellectual Property

• Users retain ownership of materials they upload (e.g., videos, course content, documents).
• By uploading or sharing content, you grant Prabhubhakti.io a worldwide license to use, display, distribute, and promote it as part of our platform operations.
• You cannot copy or distribute other users’ copyrighted content without permission.
